Dr. Janee Hunter is the Founder of Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated, a women's sisterhood organization created to empower women through leadership, business growth, sisterhood, legacy, and generational wealth.

With a vision rooted in resilience, empowerment, and purpose, Janae founded Alpha Beta Chi to create a safe and supportive environment where women can build meaningful connections, grow personally and professionally, and uplift one another through life's challenges and successes.

After experiencing two serious car accidents, Dr. Janee was forced to step away temporarily and focus on healing and recovery. Although life presented unexpected obstacles, the vision and passion for building Alpha Beta Chi never left her heart. During that time, her purpose became even clearer — to build an organization centered around strength, perseverance, leadership, unity, and long-term impact for women everywhere.

Through determination, faith, and dedication, Dr. Janee continued pursuing her dream of creating a sisterhood focused not only on empowerment, but also on helping women build confidence, business opportunities, legacy, and generational wealth for themselves and future generations.

Vivian Lane serves as the Vice President of Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated with a passion for empowering women through leadership, sisterhood, business growth, and personal development. She is committed to helping build a strong foundation rooted in unity, professionalism, legacy, and generational wealth.

As Vice President, Vivian Lane focuses on supporting the organization's vision by encouraging collaboration, mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful connections among women from all walks of life. Her goal is to help cultivate an environment where women feel inspired, supported, and motivated to grow personally, professionally, and financially.

Through leadership, resilience, and dedication to the organization's mission, Vivian Lane continues to help shape Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated into a sisterhood centered on empowerment, purpose, and lasting impact for future generations.

Jonnielle Ramey, affectionately known as Mz Crowned in Purpose, is a dedicated entrepreneur, early childhood education professional, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who leads with purpose, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to empowering others.

As the owner of Kiddie City Daycare LLC and co-owner and Director of Kiddie City Academy, Jonnielle has devoted her career to nurturing young minds, supporting families, and creating environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her passion for education, leadership, and community service reflects her belief that true success is measured by the lives we touch and the difference we make.

As the appointed Anti-Basileus of the East Coast Region of Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated, Jonnielle is honored to serve alongside women who share her commitment to sisterhood, leadership, service, and personal growth. A proud member of the Pearls of Distinction line, she embraces the opportunity to uplift her sisters, strengthen meaningful connections, and lead with integrity, grace, and confidence.

Amoré Brown is a Human Resources leader, entrepreneur, and creative at heart who enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas into memorable experiences. She loves event planning, all things fragrance, good food, spending time with family, and finding new ways to celebrate life's special moments.

Candice N. Holland serves as the Dean of Pledges for Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience to her role.

Throughout her career, Candice has developed a strong foundation in leadership, team development, mentorship, accountability, strategic planning, and organizational excellence. Her extensive experience has shaped her ability to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, make sound decisions, and inspire others to reach their full potential.

As Dean of Pledges, Candice plays an essential role in preparing prospective members for active participation in the organization. She brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and leadership expertise to the position, along with a commitment to developing confident, dedicated, and empowered members.

Through mentorship, encouragement, structure, and accountability, she strives to create an environment where every pledge feels supported, challenged, and inspired.

Kimya Smith is an entrepreneur, business owner, and wealth educator with a passion for creativity, technology, and empowering others. After 23 years in healthcare, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, building her own businesses and helping others achieve their goals. Known for her outspoken personality, sense of humor, and strong work ethic, Kimya brings visual ideas to life, dedication, and fresh vibes to Alpha Beta Chi Sorority Incorporated web page.
